วันนี้ฉันยังอยู่ที่จ.อุบลฯ อบรมการทำ web site ของชมรมไม่กินหวาน

Today I am still in Ubonratchatani province. We had a meeting on how to make a creative website of sweet enough campaign.

พวกเราออกไปเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศกันตามแหล่งท่องเที่ยวและซื้อของ ได้มือถือติดมือมา 1 เครื่อง(ราคาถูกกว่าไทยประมาณ 8 เท่า)จากช่องเม็ก

Later we visited some famous places and shopping. I have got a new cell phone (cheaper price than in Thailand about 8 times) from Chong meg.

แล้วแวะไปไหว้พระบรมสารีริกธาตุที่วัดภูเขาแก้ว

Then we went to pay respect to buddha's relics at Wat Phukaokaew.

จากนั้นเกือบบ่าย 3 แวะกินข้าวเที่ยงที่เขื่อนสิรินธร

It was almost 3 pm.,we just managed to get lunch at Sirindhorn Dam.

ทีมที่ไปประชุมด้วยกันครั้งนี้น่ารักมากเลยค่ะ

I realised this meeting team was very lovely.

ครั้งแรก...กับการเขียน Blog...

My first time...in Blog...

วันนี้ฉันเรียนรู้การทำ Blog เป็นครั้งแรก หลังจากมีความตั้งใจจะศึกษามาหลายครั้ง รู้สึกดีใจมากที่จะได้มีพื้นที่เป็นของตัวเองค่ะ

Today, I have 1st time chance to know about blog. After many wills to study. I am so glad to have my own space.

ฉันชื่อส้ม พักอาศัยอยู่กับยายและน้าในจังหวัดทางภาคอีสาน ชีวิตการทำงานก็สนุกสนานตามอัตภาพ แต่ที่ได้คือประสบการณ์ชีวิต

My name is Som' (mean Orange). I live with my grand ma and aunt. My work life is fun as it should be but what I gain is experience.

เราจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงชีวิต เปลี่ยนแปลงทัศนคติได้ หากเราอยู่ในที่เดิมๆ ที่เดียว

We can not chage our life nor vision if we stay just only one place for a long time.

เวลาไม่ใช่ตัวบอกประสบการณ์

Time is not tell experience.

การเห็นโลกในมุมมองใหม่ๆต่างหากที่เรียกว่าประสบการณ์

To see world in different way is experience.

การเดินทางค้นหาตัวเองจึงเริ่มจากการเดินทางออกจากบ้านเดิมที่เคยอยู่

Journey to find our own should start from walking out of old home.
